Returning an item
No returns/refunds, as all garments go into production at the time of order. Exchanges permitted within 14 days of delivery.
Please be aware that all shipping outside of the united states may be subject to international customs fee’s at the receivers expense. All customers agree to pay in full for all items before shipment is received.
Exchanges only within 14 days of purchase or receipt. All garments must be in original condition - with piercings intact.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request and exchange, we require an email with what you purchased, order #, item received, and item you want to exchange for.
If you need to exchange the item, send us an email at email@example.com.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. We do not accept bitcoins or forms of currency from other galaxies, or the future (although we do agree that water will eventually be our most valuable resource).
Can I order by phone?
At this time, we do not have an official Foo and Foo phone number, so.. no. You can, however, email us at Foo@fooandfoo.com, and we will walk you through the information we need in order to place an order.
